These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with Silventic Jewels ("we," "our," or "us") when you purchase our products or use our services. By engaging in business with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1.1. All products sold by Silventic Jewels are made of 925 sterling silver unless otherwise specified.
1.2. Product images on our website, catalogs, or other marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive to display the colors and designs accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device's display accurately reflects the actual product.
1.3. We reserve the right to modify product specifications without prior notice.
2.1. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reasons.
2.2. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.
2.3. For new clients, a 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order, with the remaining 50% due before shipment.
2.4. For established clients, payment terms may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
2.5. All payments must be made through approved channels, including bank transfers, UPI payments, or other methods approved by Silventic Jewels.
3.1. Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply to all wholesale purchases and vary by product category.
3.2. Standard MOQ is 10 pieces per design for most categories, but this may vary.
3.3. Custom designs may require higher MOQs, which will be communicated during the order process.
4.1. Custom design orders require approval of design sketches or 3D models before production begins.
4.2. Once a custom design is approved and production begins, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
4.3. Custom designs created for a client remain the intellectual property of Silventic Jewels unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.1. Standard production time is 2-3 weeks for regular orders and 3-4 weeks for custom designs, subject to change based on order volume and complexity.
5.2. Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
5.3. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5.4. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination and will be communicated before order confirmation.
6.1. All sales are final unless products are received damaged or defective.
6.2. Claims for damaged or defective products must be made within 7 days of receipt.
6.3. Approved returns must be sent back in original packaging with all documentation.
6.4. Custom-designed products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
7.1. All products come with a certificate of authenticity guaranteeing 925 sterling silver purity.
7.2. We provide a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
7.3. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.
8.1. All designs, trademarks, and content related to Silventic Jewels are our exclusive property.
8.2. Reproduction, distribution, or use of our designs or materials without prior written permission is prohibited.
9.1. Our liability for any claim arising from the products or services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific products or services giving rise to the claim.
9.2. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
10.1. We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or labor disputes.
11.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
11.2. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
12.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
12.2. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
